Casual Dining Restaurant District Manager…
This casual dining restaurant concept is growing rapidly in the southwest. We are seeking a tenured restaurant District Manager in the DFW market. Thisrestaurant company is totally committed to delivering to their guests a great dining experience in a fast, fun, friendly, casual themed restaurant environment where they can enjoy great food without any “fru-fru"!!
Experience must include:
Tenure as a restaurant District Manager in a Casual Full Service restaurantconcept
Minimum tenure of 4 years in this position
Experience in a fast paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere
Proven track record of Training, building teams and developing people
Full P&L responsibility and financial report analysis knowledge
Experience developing & implementing plans for restaurant sales growth
Responsibility in sales and budget forecasting
Management team development
Core Competencies must Include:
Management Training/Team building/Coaching/ Counseling
Guest focus
Complete restaurant operational knowledge / must be able to jump into any position
Must be results driven
Must be able to lead with Vision & Values
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications required:
No more than 2 jobs in 5 years
Stable restaurant management work history; minimum of 3 years with each employer
Tenure in managing in a high volume restaurant sales
Experience in hiring, developing and retaining staff
Must show upward career growth
Must have complete understanding of unit financials
Must enjoy LSM & Community Involvement
Must demonstrate genuine “passion" for exceptional service
