OFFWIRE, a progressive, entrepreneurial company in southwest Omaha is looking for a motivated, energetic, part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This position will report directly to the Controller and work closely with the Staff Accountant as a team mentor.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Process purchase orders, invoices, RMA’s, credits and ACH payments
- Research and resolve AP issues with vendors, 1099 maintenance, reconcile applicable general ledger accounts
- Assist with project work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma; Associate’s Degree or related classes preferred, but not required
- Two plus years AP or accounting department experience
- High attention to detail
- Organized with the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently while multitasking
- Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
