Picture interesting work and NO corporate suits! You are on the team who takes care of all of the company's acquisitions - from the start through due diligence (analysis of financial statements & preparation of proforma financials) to transition.
Some of the areas you will cover in your responsibilities are:
Acquisition Accounting
· Purchase Price Allocations/Opening Balance Sheets
· Acquisition Journal Entries
· Intangibles Journal Entries
· Cash Flow Support monthly rollforward schedules
· 10K/10Q Footnote support related to Acquisitions
· Projects (ASC 350 and 805 valuations)
Requirements:
B.S. in Accounting, or equivalent discipline
4-6 years of related work experience
Work experience in a publicly-traded company is a big plus
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Strong relationship skills
Good Excel skills
Can work well in team environment and independently, as needed
