Job Description
We are looking for energetic (personality), motivated, assertive and teachable part-time Online Advertising Call Center Verification Specialists with a stable work history to join our team at our offices in Old Town Pasadena. We are a multi-million dollar Interactive Advertising Agency specializing in Online Traffic Acquisition and Product Strategy, that represents the leading online clients in real estate, credit repair and other financial verticals. Job Responsibilities:
For this particular position, we are looking for a friendly, self motivated individual, who is willing to work hard. The duties include but are not limited to:
•Daily outbound calls (100 per day) on a predictive dialer following up and welcoming consumers who have signed up for our clients' products/services to get detailed feedback on our partners’ advertisements.
•Answer questions on the phone in a warm and friendly manner.
•Accountable for customer satisfaction on every call.
•Efficient time management a must!
•Must maintain a polished and professional attitude with the ability to continuously learn and retain knowledge of products.
Job Requirements:
****Spanish speaking/bi-lingual a plus****
•Good Phone presence. Must be a good listener and be able to hold a conversation with people.
• Must be teachable and open to learning.
• Dependability and punctuality is a MUST
Desired Skills:
• Previous Call Center or Phone Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Inquisitive, keen and good sense of investigation
• Strong typing, internet navigation and computer skills
Pay Structure:
$11.50/hr
