Job Summary
The Weis Center for the Performing Arts at Bucknell University is seeking to fill the position of Artist Services Liaison. This is a casual, non-benefits eligible position to work on an as needed basis up to 15 to 20 hours a week (including weekend and evening hours) between the end of August to the middle of May. 

This position works directly with the Assistant Director of Operations and is an integral part of the core work force at The Weis Center. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will include, but not limited to, Artist hospitality; 

Arrange food and dining options as well as travel and lodging for visiting artists, 

Manage hospitality accommodations at the venue (food and dressing room set-up/ break-down, light laundry; 

Make supply runs at request of artist or Weis Center staff, especially on days of show; 

Provide artist local transportation and, 

Some administrative work. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be a people person with a positive dispositoin and strong work-ethic. 

Have good follow-through skill , be a self-starter and able to think quickly on their feet. 
 
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED 

Ability to work weekend and evening hours as required 

Experience in the hospitality field and or experience with managing or coordinating events. 

Valid driver's license. 
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
