- 2-3 years of previous property claims experience or equivalent industry background
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate empathy and compassion for our customers
- Excellent business writing skills
- Ability to articulate decisions, technical knowledge and policies to customers
- Independent decision making, negotiating and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Must be able to obtain required state licenses; must possess valid TX license
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- Xactimate or other claim estimating platforms
- Insurance designation (CPCU, AIC, ARM)
