The Coordinator, Endovascular Surgical Program oversees the clinical practice and patient care delivery, as well as has 24-hour accountability, authority and responsibility of the operations of assigned units. Duties include management of human, fiscal and material resources and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and regulations. Areas of responsibility include all endovascular surgical services including, but not limited to, angiograms, aortagrams, fistulagrams, endovascular aneurysm repairs, thoracic endovascular aneurysm repairs, and the delivery of moderate sedation. The Coordinator provides care to an adult and geriatric patient population and is expected to take EVOR call with the call team on an as-needed basis. The Coordinator is expected to collaborate with the Coordinator, EVOR to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of care.
Must have valid Georgia Nursing License.
Minimum of four (4) years recent experience in cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, or endovascular surgical setting.
Previous management/leadership experience in Nursing.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Prior experience in an Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, or Hybrid OR setting.
Must take emergent EVOR call with a 30 minute arrival time.
The days are Monday - Friday.
