Job: Coordinator-Event Services & Guest Relations

Facility Operations/Security: Event Guest Relations
 - Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (Milwaukee, WI)

Summary: Coordination and oversight of Brewers Event Operations, both game day and non-game day, including Milwaukee Brewers Baseball games, Brewers Enterprises events, tailgates, and sponsorship fulfillment.  Also assist with guest relations maximizing customer, employee, and Company interests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.
• Coordinate and oversee all setups and ensure they fit the needs of the client or contact along with billing to departments.
• Assist with Guest Relations efficiency and performance including administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of fan distributions
• Responsible for Payroll processing for all game day and non-game day event staff.
• Responsible for game day staff attendance tracking and reporting.
• Assist with game day tailgates.
• Assist in the hiring process of event services game day staff.
• Provide support and analysis of Command Center (ISS) and Guest Services (CRM) databases.  Includes identifying trends and recommendations for staffing adjustments and capital improvements.
• Assist with large scale Brewers Enterprises events (concerts, mini marathon, etc.).
• Provide administrative support for Stadium Operations department for various on-going projects. (BCCR updates, greening initiatives, etc.)
• Develop and maintain inventory of all setup materials including tables, chairs, and linens.
Supervisory Responsibilities                     
Directly supervises 6-7 setup employees in the Event Services Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Valid Driver License in good standing
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong demonstrated work ethic
• Ability to work in a team and multi-tasking environment
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred but not required; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills 
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Work Hours                     
Regular business office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm, however duties will require additional hours for events occurring on weekends, evenings, some holidays and all game days.
