Director of Operations/ Regional Manager needed for a high volume upscale casual restaurant concept.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years multi-unit management experience in a fine dining/ upscale dining corporate setting
- Strong culinary background – culinary degree / education preferred but not required
- History of management / chef development and mentorship
- Experience creating and implementing SOPS to improve standards and guest experience.
- Culture ambassador with the ability to represent our values in all actions
- Strong organization, communication, time management and computer skills
