Description
Pleasanton based, Nolo, is currently seeking a Entry-Level Billing Specialist.  The Entry-Level Billing Specialist will be responsible for various tasks related to cash application, sales support around payment processing, month end accounts receivable reconciliation, and the processing of other transactions within our accounting records. Responsibilities: - Generate daily reporting detailing sales and revenue. - Manage customer information: name, address, phone number. - Liaison between Sales Representative and customers. - Creates and updates client billing profiles. - Audits client accounts; verifies accuracy of billing and revises any errors. - Performs billing transactions related to company services. - Answers phone and checks departmental messages. - Assist in billing collections: resolving skipped payments, expired credit cards, etc. - Generates reports as requested. - Resolves discrepancies in billing records. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Previous experience doing similar work as described. - BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. - Detail oriented professional with strong organizational skills. - Excellent customer service skills; positive attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. - Ability to work well independently and in team atmosphere. - Analytical problem solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
