This position Requires Relocation to Upstate New York
Four-Star Resort in the Northeast United States with multiple high volume casual and fine dining venues is searching for a qualified F&B Operations Manager.  This management position is responsible for these varied venues ensuring each outlet maintains appropriate staffing and service levels, and adheres to budget.
Experienced Manager candidates only. Excellent compensation and benefits for the right person. MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED Food & Beverage MANAGER, with experience in upscale and casual venues, wait staff, adult beverage, (and impeccable customer service skills).
 This position Requires Relocation to Upstate New York

Requirements

  • Previous F&B experience required.  Specifically:  Previous experience in Food &Beverage operations with at least 2 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience in upscale venues.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of food &beverage products and trends; including non-alcoholic and spirituous beverages. 
  • Understands the implementation of a full-service food & alcoholic beverage operation.
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills. 4 star and above!
  • Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required.
