Dr. P. Phillips Hospital (DPH) is currently seeking a Guest Services Representative (variable full time) for concierge in the Emergency Department (ED). Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: Education/Training- High School diploma or GED required. Licensure/Certification- Heart Saver AED course completion within 90 days of hire. Experience- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service setting.
The general function of this position includes rounding on patients and their families to provide resources, comfort in conjunction with working with the ED's clinical team.
