The Manager, Campus Recruiting will drive the full lifecycle of campus recruitment-strategy, design, implementation, launch, and execution of new efforts that will drive competitive advantage for T-Mobile and support the growth objectives of the business. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition Programs and Sourcing, the Manager will lead the development of enterprise-wide Campus Recruiting strategies focused upon attracting, engaging, and hiring Interns, as well as full-time Graduates/MBAs. This position will work closely with all levels of management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   
·        Leads, develops, and inspires high performance from a team consisting of a Program Manager, Campus Recruiters, and a Recruiting Coordinator.
·        Partners with Leadership and stakeholders to gain detailed understanding of organizational goals and strategy
·        Builds a campus strategy that aligns with the business' talent needs and leverages best practices around process, systems, and candidate development.
·        Aligns with our Diversity & Inclusion strategy to ensure diverse candidates throughout the campus recruitment lifecycle.
·        Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions and professional organizations.
·        Continuously monitors programs and strategies to ensure optimum ROI from a cost basis, but more importantly, to superior attraction of candidates.
·        Manages vendor relationships to optimize their service offerings and ensure execution of contract and delivery of service levels.
·        Establishes and effectively manages a budget to ensure maximum impact with program reach and impact on overall business objectives.
 

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Five to ten years of corporate recruitment experience, including 3+ years people management experience. Campus Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills, with track record of gaining credibility and partnering effectively across all levels of staff and management, with the ability to influence and build rapport
  • Strong team building skills with demonstrated effectiveness in establishing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. 
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to appropriately, tactfully, and effectively influence cross-functional teams. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and corporate recruitment practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of constituents, including internal clients, as well as internal and external candidates.
  • Strong analytical, financial, planning, and computer skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and recommend cost-effective Campus Recruitment strategies
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or related field required.
