Responsibilities: Work closely with Account Managers and custodial banks to manage valuable relationships with clients (institutional investors and investment managers) Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting Reconcile investment transactions & accounting for portfolios using a state of the art web-based system and answer related questions Manage assigned projects & coordinate necessary resources Works closely with Software Developers to improve processes Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving and math skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office skills Bachelor’s degree in related area of study Desired experience and skills: Finance and/or accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP and/or fixed income investments Securities or financial markets experience SQL query writing skills Strong Nerf marksmanship
