Our company is led by two Executives:
Mark Chernin, President
Mark is equipped with a formal Culinary education (AOS Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America). Past experiences with another Hospitality Placement/ Executive Search Firm, Corporate Executive Chef for a Chain of High Volume Waterfront Fresh Seafood Restaurant's from New Jersey to Florida, years as an R&D/Product Development Chef, General Manager and Executive Kitchen Manger for Stouffer's Restaurant Corporation, as well as a Chef for Hyatt Hotels, give him a specialization with Culinary, Unit and Multi-Unit level Managers as well as all other aspects of restaurants, clubs, hotels, and contract feeding. Mark founded NHA in 1992. He is the proud father of two sons, an Advertising Executive and a Pool and Spa Store Manager.
Barry Moll, Vice President
Barry's background in the Hospitality industry is very extensive. His experience as the Vice President of Operations for TCBY in the New York Metro Market overseeing over $55 Million in yearly sales, General Manager of several National Chain Restaurant's including Chili's, Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse, Lonestar Steakhouse and Applebee's, and an Opening General Manager for Boston Market in their expansion years, gives Barry a strong concentration in National Chain Restaurants as well as all other areas of the hospitality industry. He has also been involved in Up-Scale Catering and Fine Dining as well as having been a former Placement Executive with National Hospitality Associates (welcome back Barry), giving him a very well-rounded background in our Industry. Barry attended Louisiana Tech and majored in Aviation/Business. Barry has 12 years of military experience as a Flight Engineer for the US Navy on the P3-C Orion and for the US Air Force on the C-130 Hercules Ski Bird. Barry and his wife have 5 children and 5 beautiful grandchildren (he started young). Barry's high energy, diverse experience, and passion for all he does make him a valued member of the NHA Team.
