Etna Interactive, a Web development and online marketing firm in San Luis Obispo, CA, is hiring a Social Media Specialist with at least 2 years proven success building social media campaigns and presence for a small company. You can:
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Manage project workflow, review tasks and shift priorities as appropriate
- Deliver quality work on a tight schedule consistent with clients' existing branding
- Work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues
Social Media Specialist Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute blog publishing for clients and the company
- Execute Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google+ tactics for clients and the company
- Maintain expert level of competency in social media platforms; monitor trends
- Evangelize and train clients and staff on the magic of social media
- Reinforce Etna brand to clients

Key Qualifications:
- Passion for and at least 2 years of proven experience in a professional capacity as an active user of multiple social media outlets
- Proven writing and proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate personably with a wide variety of individuals
- Demonstrable and effective time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability manage multiple simultaneous projects
