Job Overview:

GroupM’s Team Nestle is actively looking for an Analyst on the Audience Campaign Management (ACM) team. The ACM Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Audience Targeted plans in accordance with campaign objectives and targeting strategy – utilizing both reserved media and programmatic media buying.

You will collaborate with a group of quick witted, humorous, and extremely dedicated coworkers and clients whom are all passionate about digital media. The work environment is inviting. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest in trafficking and media industry trends
• Assist in advising/consulting with media team and client regarding advertising technologies, tracking performance and campaign performance
• Act as liaison with media, creative agencies and publisher sites regarding planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of campaigns
• Serve as the main point of contact between ad server and internal business units
• Screen incoming creative according to adserver specs and technical requirements documentation
• Create process document for all parties and make sure all parties are in check
• Deal with third party ad companies and vendors such as: Pointroll, and Atlas
• Manage the scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns
• Coordinate the rotation of ads
• Deliver banners with rotation updates to sites
• Delivery follow-up; channeling site questions to the appropriate people within the agency
• Thorough communication of advertising instructions between the Agency and Web sites
• Follow-up with Production and Media in regards to posting and rotation status, both before and after campaign is live
• Execute creation of HTML tags for websites using Dart and Atlas programs

Job Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s Degree
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to prioritize and organize workload
• •Sense of procedure within a corporate environment
• •Strong people skills
• •Ability to speak and present before vendors, clients and fellow employees
• •DFA 6 Double Click experience a plus
• •Understanding of Internet technologies
• •Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
