 We are currently hiring Customer Service Advisors for our state-of-the-art, inbound contact center in Overland Park. We are seeking enthusiastic, service minded professionals to answer inbound calls and provide credit card customers with account information, respond to customer inquiries, proactively assess customer needs and recommend additional products and services. Other responsibilities include resolving or referring billing disputes, responding to fee and finance charge questions, completing account maintenance, acting on lost or stolen cards and meeting monthly product referral goals.

The service center operates from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Service Advisors are scheduled to work five days per week, including every other weekend, to include Saturday and Sunday. Variable days are given off during the week in which a weekend shift is worked.

We'll teach you what you'll need to know to ensure your success! You must be able to attend four weeks of classroom training, followed by three weeks of on-the-job training. Training is conducted Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and once training is completed, you will begin working your assigned shift.

Qualifications

 
Job Requirements and Education:                                                                                                                          
  • The equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma 
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Good PC skills with a solid understanding of PC navigation 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills      
  • A pleasant and professional telephone manner 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills 
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must!
