The ReverbNation Team is looking for a Client Relations/ Account Coordinator to join our growing team. As our Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations with many of ReverbNation’s business partners, third party vendors, and some of our biggest relationships in the music industry.
The right candidate will be extremely comfortable talking on the phone and in person with all levels of leadership and executives and bring both contract negotiation and project management skills to the table.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sales process for large branded deals and coordinate between product teams, development and executives to conceptualize brand proposals
- Responsible for documenting and communicating proposals to client and facilitating process through to a closed deal
- Manage all client requests and facilitate with internal teams to deliver on all client expectations
- Develop, analyze and deliver comprehensive reporting for active programs.
- Research competitors, new technologies and best practices.
- Manage relationships with high profile vendors in the music industry and help develop new relationships and/or partnerships with other business partners.
Requirements:
- Great verbal and written communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate the client’s needs to us and our needs to the client
- 1-3 years of experience in account management and/or project management
- Crazy good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting all client expectations
- Experience managing and facilitating contract negotiations through to final execution
