This position has the primary focus of providing Red Ribbon Service to our internal customers. Embodying the high standard of quality, excellence and professionalism in supporting events, programs and strategies to maintain the existing culture of exceptional employee engagement. Enhancing employee satisfaction while maintaining our Culture of Putting People First and Red Ribbon Service each and every day.

The job description is as follows:
This position has the primary focus of providing Red Ribbon Service to our internal customers. Embodying the high standard of quality, excellence and professionalism in supporting events, programs and strategies to maintain the existing culture of exceptional employee engagement. Enhancing employee satisfaction while maintaining our Culture of Putting People First and Red Ribbon Service each and every day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with research, analysis and recommend venues for various events and meetings based on the details of the program, number of attendees, type of event and desired outcome
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events/meetings
- Assist with events and projects associated with our cultural development that promotesour business and provide employee recognition
- Work with Caterers/Vendors as needed for Luncheons/Meetings/Trainings/Events
- Help with organizing and sending out event invites/ coordinate schedules
- Vendor research and outreach
- Work well with coworkers, vendors and clients
- Assist with marketing incentives in support of the business needs
- Provide Red Ribbon Service with every interaction – internally and externally
- Work in a performance-driven environment while creating a positive cultureto ensure a high-level employee engagement
- Other job-related duties and projects as directed by Manager/Director
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at a single time while remaining detail oriented and
- focused on deadlines
- Ability to be an out-of-the-box thinker and solution driven
- Understanding of company business and industry
- Ability to develop and monitor project budgets
- Strong communicational and organizational skills
- Proficient in negotiation and customer service
- Proficient in desktop applications
- Clear understanding of company branding for all events
- Ability to work autonomously in a responsible and professional manner
- 3-5 years of meeting/hotel/convention and customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of Sales Incentive programs
- Certified Meeting Professionals with College degree
