The job description is as follows:
The HR Specialist is responsible for Electronic Change Notice data entry, report writing, all personnel recordkeeping.

The job description is as follows:
The HR Specialist is responsible for Electronic Change Notice data entry, report writing, all personnel recordkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly turnover reports
- Administration and entry of ECN’s for all divisions
- Report writing in JDEdwards
- IT JIRA requests for HR
- DOL monthly report
- Employee Handbook Acknowledgements
- Birthday/anniversary list and calendar
- Personnel record keeping
- Quarterly JACHO reports for QM
- Exit interviews
- Participate in new hire orientation
- Responsible for new hire paperwork for orientation, including Everify
- Interface with 3rd party for unemployment claims
- Participate in monthly HR process “New Leaders” training
- Other projects and duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in written, one-on-one, and group settings
- Must be an effective listener
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to administer JDEdwards database
- Prioritization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
- PC skills using Microsoft Office package
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent Human Resources work experience
- 1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personnel information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively complete assignments
