Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Global Marketing department based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with tasks, events, and reporting as needed
- Manage marketing product supply, promotional materials, and shipments for key influencers and press
- Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Monitor social media and press for trends and opportunities
- Plan, schedule and organize resources and materials and act as point of contact during events (e.g. races, tradeshows, launch events)
- Monitor inbound requests for key partnership and marketing opportunities
- Manage and grow key digital programs like affiliates, bloggers, and refer-a-friend
Qualifications
- Experience with marketing and/or event management preferred
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Computer and reporting skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to jump in and try new things
- Must be a self-motivated and positive person that works/plays well with others
- Passion for health, diet, and fitness activities and/or causes
