Job: Concierge Health Plan Representative

Title:  Concierge Health Plan Representative Location:  Redwood City, CA Job Type:  Contract Compensation:   per Hour Reference Code:  1286851-NRC Description:  Our client is seeking a Concierge Health Plan Representative in Redwood City, California (CA). Representatives will be based out of one of 50 kiosk locations and will be working directly with potential company members. The main role will be to provide a positive first experience with the company and direct them to the right contact that can help them enroll in the program. Duties: Answering introductory questions on how to sign up Walking through a Question & Answer program with the potential member to look at the basic outline of the program Asking some confidential information to get the correct answers Hours of these positions will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Candidates will need to be open to an alternating Saturday schedule. Dress code is business casual. Kiosk Locations include: Santa Clara San Jose Redwood City Requirements:  Qualifications: Proven 2-3 years of face-to-face customer service skills Must be very professional Must be very strong in handling unique questions Ability to present and sell the positives of partnering with the company Prior healthcare experience is appreciated, not required Strong customer service, sales ability and professionalism Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability to build trust and rapport with potential members Typing skills of 45 WPM Must enjoy public contact Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills Ability to mentor and serve as a consultant to potential members and discuss initial requirements of membership Demonstrated ability to multi-task and focus on questions from potential members Ability to stand on feet for shift Due to the various locations we will require some of the Representatives to be fully bilingual in one of the following languages: Spanish Mandarin Cantonese More Info and Application
