Our Trainer will be responsible for supporting our Franchise and National sales teams by developing and conducting new hire, ongoing, new product, and systems training. Additional responsibilities will include developing and conducting a variety of internal training curriculum. |
| What We'll Expect: |
Refine curriculum for Introduction to Sales at Snagajob and conduct training sessions for all new sales teams
Ongoing Sales/Process Training for Account Executives
Work with the Sales Directors to continue the development of employees by conducting focused work within each team, observing activities and providing focus coaching and feedback in order to enhance skills and techniques and identify areas of development.
Stay current on internal and external factors that influence individual and team success.
Maintain an effective balance between technical and behavioral training and development needs.
Develop, introduce and evaluate technical and behavioral skill programs designed to increase the effectiveness of the sales force so that objectives are met.
Keep capability development programs current as strategies, practices, technology and products evolve.
Be responsive to individual and team needs in a timely and effective manner.

Additional Responsibilities
Facilitate and/or assist in Snagger U and ad hoc training when the need arises.
Develop high levels of trust and effectively manage relationships with diverse groups and individual stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product groups to anticipate and execute against future capability needs.
Participate in Snagajob sales and development meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge on products and selling techniques.
Work closely with Sales and HR leadership to make sure that the training materials and content align with the strategic direction of the entire organization.

| What You'll Bring: |
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years of successful, documented sales experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will create strong field credibility based on a proven selling track record.
4+ years of sales training experience, with additional internal training experience
Talented and engaging public speaker with proven ability to facilitate group presentations
A high degree of technical expertise is required. Must also demonstrate an ability to form, lead and facilitate integrated teams and individuals, and must demonstrate excellent business acumen.
Superior leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, scheduling, planning and prioritizing abilities. Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
