Duties: | Inogen is actively seeking candidates with strong leadership and decision making skills. The Client Services Supervisor will supervise a team of Client Service Specialist to support and service respiratory patients that have purchased directly from Inogen or have enrolled in Inogen’s home respiratory therapy services. While understanding, demonstrating, and adhering to Inogen’s commitment to process improvement, the Client Services Supervisor will be focused on resolving patients and provider concerns that are escalated, review data entry processes and manage call flow and task metrics. In addition this candidate will hire, train and develop the Client Services staff. | |||||||
