Job: Medical Billing - Patient Certification Advocate

Duties: The Patient Certification Advocate works with the Certification Management Unit and is a key stakeholder for ensuring that CMNs(Certificate of Medical Necessity) and related paperwork documents are received in a timely manager for recurring billing. This position supports the reimbursement management unit and works to ensure any denials related to CMNs and medical records are obtained in a timely fashion. This position works initial, revised and upcoming CMNs. The successful person will meet or exceed daily/weekly goals and will carry out Inogen's values.
Key Competencies:
  • Knowledge of Medicare program rules
  • Excellent customer service, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work multiple systems and multitask
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Medicare and/or insurance billing experience preferably for oxygen or HME billing
  • Experience with billing software
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Job: Customer Service Supervisor - Client Services

Duties:Inogen is actively seeking candidates with strong leadership and decision making skills. The Client Services Supervisor will supervise a team of Client Service Specialist to support and service respiratory patients that have purchased directly from Inogen or have enrolled in Inogen’s home respiratory therapy services. While understanding, demonstrating, and adhering to Inogen’s commitment to process improvement, the Client Services Supervisor will be focused on resolving patients and provider concerns that are escalated, review data entry processes and manage call flow and task metrics. In addition this candidate will hire, train and develop the Client Services staff.
Qualifications:Key Competencies:
- Self-motivated, flexible and a creative problem solver
- Ability to train employees on products and processes
- Experience with project management
- Possess time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Detail oriented with attention to process improvement

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience required
- 1-2 years of experience developing training programs desired
- Medical industry background REQUIRED
- Oracle experience desired
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
