Job: Data Processing Supervisor


SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Coordinate driver payroll (paysheet) processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. Coordinates billing and invoices to customers ensuring timely and accurate data is submitted including manual billing.  Process, calculate, reconcile and review all OOA billing and secondary vendor invoicing. Research and resolve outstanding electronic billing and maintain BRB2B invoice status. 
         
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Ensures all pay sheets are processed accurately and timely to ensure proper billing and payment of wages.
  2. Oversees driver auditing for road and yard payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information
  3. Ensure billing is processed timely and accurately.
  4. Communicate system issues with customer’s invoices to customer. Liaison between customer and company on invoices and payments received.
  5. Participate in customer conference calls and meetings to address any issues or outstanding items.
  6. Communicate with drivers on payroll issues including miles and time paid.
  7. Track, reconcile, calculate and process all OOA billing including hotels and per diem reconciliations.
  8. Track, reconcile, calculate and process all secondary and Bus vendor invoicing.
  9. Review B2B invoice status including NS trip rejections
  10. Prepare NS deposit information for Finance
  11. Processes billing for all services performed including submitting invoices.
  12. Submits invoices to customers timely and accurately.
  13. Maintains department results by coaching and counseling employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  14. Documents employee performance by writing and orally reviewing reports (Corrective Action Report, Performance Report, Documentation, etc.).
  15. Works independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projects, which may include planning and coordinating presentations and disseminating information.
  16. Ensures the highest level of customer service and confidentiality at all times.
  17. All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

                        Strong accounting skills, billing experience beneficial
                                Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access

                        Ability to show up to work on time as scheduled

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree in accounting/business or related field; a minimum of two years related billing experience and/or training; and one year supervisor experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Payroll auditing, Dispatch or billing knowledge preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors, management, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to understand and write formulas in both database and spreadsheet environments that will add, subtract, multiply, divide, summarize, and determine percentages.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problem areas, compile data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and apply them to the situation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Renzenberger, Inc., is a 24 hours, 7 days a week operation and is a casual work environment. The position typically entails a 40-hour workweek. Additional hours may be required based on workflow and current projects. Employees may be scheduled to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
