We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist of junior level to join the Information Technology Services department. The candidate will perform functions consistent with providing day-to-day technical help to employees. Functions will include, configuring and troubleshooting desktop and laptop PC hardware and software, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and performing general information systems administration.

Qualifications
- At least one year of hands on troubleshooting experience
- A+ certification and/or Network+ certification a plus
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, often under strict time constraints
- Has working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and network configurations
- Can setup, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop PC hardware
- Can effectively communicate verbally and by written communication
- Can do basic documenting
- Has experience with a variety of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Has the ability to interact with a wide range of technical staff and management
- Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience, or AA degree (BA or BS degree preferred), or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Has a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
