Waste Connections, Inc. (NYSE:WCN) is growing throughout the Rocky Mountains, Western, Midwestern, and Southeastern U. S. Our range of services includes solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling to more than 2 million commercial, industrial, and residential customers across the US. The Learning and Management Development Specialist, assesses the training and development needs of all new-managers (newly–hired or newly promoted from within); consults, designs, develops, delivers, and constantly revises appropriate on-boarding, learning, & development training materials, activities, classes, webinars, & other learning resources. Provides ongoing consultation, collaboration, coaching, & limited training to managers that support successful new-hire management development. Monitors and evaluates performance of all new-hires during first 90 days to ensure the Servant Leadership Mind-Set, Skill-Set, & Tool-Set for great management performance meets standards in the company culture.
