Los Angeles-based, Internet Brands, Inc. is currently seeking an entry level Online Advertising Coordinator with strong HTML skills to manage advertising campaigns across over 300 sites serving 2.5-3.5 billion impressions to over 90 million visitors a month. This is a great opportunity for recent grads interested in online advertising while working in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a sharp self starter who loves the web, who can think critically and analytically, who is strong in HTML and who is extremely client service oriented and can speak to advertisers credibly about their campaigns. Specific Duties: - Implement online advertising campaigns across the Internet Brands network of sites. - Coordinate with sales teams, clients & agencies, and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance based on client goals. - Monitor and analyze campaign pacing and performance. - Troubleshoot ad creatives and ad serving problems. - Work closely with the Sales and Tech Departments on building and integrating custom ads into the sites. - Support business teams in integrating newly acquired websites and ad campaigns onto our ad server. - Provide professional customer service to sales team and advertisers. Preferred Experience and Skills: - Strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and Excel. - Spectacular organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience with DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), Doubleclick for Advertisers (DFA), Atlas, 24/7 Real Media, OpenX or similar ad serving solution a strong plus. - Great communication skills and initiative. - Ability to thrive in a fast paced and team-based environment. - Bachelors degree.
