The Senior Administrative Assistant must be able to multi-task, work proactively under minimal supervision and also as part of a team.The position requires the individual to perform user administration for certain enterprise wide Quality computer systems including troubleshooting and account termination while following approved standard operating procedures. Other responsibilities include documenting financial accruals with suppliers on a quarterly basis, maintaining a record of Purchase Order invoices paid and also a roster of departmental contractors. Must possess extensive knowledge of and demonstrated ability with personal computers and associated office software programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Outlook schedule and management, office moves, new employee on-boarding assistance. Management of purchase orders for general supplies, software maintenance, and contractor services.He/she must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to manage and respond to multiple priorities and shifting demands while maintaining the sense of urgency that the office requires. The individual must be a quick learner to know and understand how to use J&J internal systems and applications such as: Ariba, SharePoint, Service Order Requests using IRIS and on-site catering services
