General Responsibilities: As an Administrative Staff I with Terracon you will, under direct supervision, prepare reports/proposals/invoices, answer office calls, file and perform other administrative support functions.
Essential Functions and Duties: • Operates a switchboard. Greets visitors and callers and informs proper employee of incoming call or visitor’s arrival. • Types documents and spreadsheets using a personal computer. • May input data into a variety of databases. • Maintains files of correspondence, reports and records as required by the supervisor. • Opens, sorts, delivers mail to proper employees • Makes copies and files various documents. • Performs a variety of administrative support activities as requested by the supervisor.
