We need 50 enthusiastic, friendly people for our next Table Games Training School starting in June! The next In-Experienced dealer training class is scheduled to start 6/17/2013 and end 8/1/2013.
* Providing Free Training
* Up to 3 x 8 hour shifts per week if hired.
* Once hired potential annual earnings of up to $25K

• We are hiring part time and casual dealers for Grave, Days and Swing Shifts.
• Shifts are defined as the following:
*Grave Shift (2am to 10am)
*Day Shift (Starts from 10am to 2pm and ends at 6pm to 10pm.)
*Swing Shift (Starts from 6pm to 10pm and ends at 2am to 6am.)
•Part-time dealers are scheduled random days throughout the week, will be assigned a set shift, and 2 regular days off. Weekend availability is required.
•Casual dealers are assigned a set shift and will be scheduled weekends only. They may pick up shifts from other dealers as they desire.
•Weekends are defined as the following:
*Grave Shift (Sat/Sun)
*Day Shift (Sat/Sun)
*Swing Shift (Fri/Sat)
*Class times will be 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, 6pm-10pm. (Choose one)
*Class days will be Mon-Thurs.

Description:
Efficiently and courteously deal and protect assigned games as described in established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with rules, laws and regulations.
Provide appropriate and professional care and service to guests
Acknowledge and greet warmly customers who play at or approach assigned games
Conduct table transactions and provide signatory validations accordingly to Company and regulatory rules
Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, playing cards, dice and other assets in assigned areas
Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, policies and business processes
Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors
Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross-culture communications
Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and answer customer inquiries
Perform all other duties as assigned
Good proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
Ability to pass a math test.
