HireRight is looking for a proven performer who wants to make the most of an extraordinary opportunity to represent HireRight’s distinctive solutions to large health care providers and to educational institutions.
 
As a National Account Executive for the north region at HireRight, you will sell on-demand employment screening solutions and services to human resources and risk management professionals. You will be backed by an extraordinary team of experts and the industry’s pre-eminent technology platform at the world’s leading employment screening company. We are looking for someone who has the demonstrated ability to build and manage customer relationships with large health care providers in the acute and long-term care space; someone who has experience selling employment screening services (i.e. background screening, and substance abuse testing services). To be successful you will need sharp consulting skills, the ability to guide your prospects through a complex sales cycle and the ability to learn the technical aspects of our product quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with all of HireRight's products and product offerings
  • Develop cross functional relationships within HireRight in order to carry out sales executive duties
  • Nurture and develop existing relationships within the assigned territory
  • Manage entire sales process—from cold call to close through implementation
  • Travel to conduct needs analysis and present our solutions to clients
  • Assist in strategic partnership development
  • Deliver on quota
  • Must have the ability and desire to conduct system demonstrations clearly showing how specific system features will result in customer benefit

Qualifications

 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to large B2B accounts, preferably in the health care or human capital space
  • Experience in the background screening industry a strong plus
  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent employment experience
  • Proven track record of achievement in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Solid internet, MS Office and SalesForce or CRM experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
