Job Overview:
GroupM’s Team Nestle is actively looking for an Associate, Paid Social Media. The position is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media plans in accordance with campaign objectives and targeting strategy – utilizing programmatic media buying.
You will collaborate with a group of quick witted, humorous, and extremely dedicated coworkers and clients whom are all passionate about digital media. The work environment is inviting. You will work in an open modern space where you will often find groups in casual brainstorming sessions sharing ideas and strategies for new initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
• Opportunity to work as day to day contact with clients on select CPG brands
• Direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting
• Assist in overseeing budgets and flighting for all self-service platforms and/or managed solutions per buy
• Assist in centrally managing rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs and overall budget for assigned account
• Assist Director of Paid Social with overall paid strategy and recommendation
Qualifications:
• 1 plus years of media buying, and planning in an agency environment with an emphasis on digital
• Demonstrated experience with buying and planning across multiple platforms – emphasis on Facebook, other platforms may include Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, and more a plus
• Understanding in Social and SEM
• Detail orientated Problem solver and creative thinker around buying and planning, you are looking to grow strategically within an agency environment Enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun and collaborative team environment
• Healthy appetite for all things social, a genuine interest in the industry and a regular watch on what’s new
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree •Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and organize workload
•Sense of procedure within a corporate environment
•Strong people skills
•Ability to speak and present before vendors, clients and fellow employees
•DFA 6 Double Click experience a plus
•Understanding of Internet technologies
•Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
