4+ years of food service experience (operations driven, fast casual dining, catering, etc.)
This is a full time position: Available full-time (Monday -- Sunday)

Budgeting and Finance
Hiring/Training/Retaining staff
Daily Truck Operation
Oversee catering operation
Festival operation
Building a strong/sustaining infrastructure
Food Preparation / Quality Control
Inventory Management
Employee Scheduling and Task Delegation
Maintaining Local health Department Standards
Accomplishing Company sales / HR goals
