Bernatello's Pizza, Inc., one of the leading frozen pizza manufacturers in the Midwest, is seeking individuals to work in our production plant in Maple Lake, MN with opportunities for:

CASUAL PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY (Flexible Schedules)

  • 5:30am - 2:00pm - OR- 6:00am - 2:30pm - OR - 8:00am-1:00pm
  • $8.75/ hour
  • Candidates will work on an on-call/as-needed basis.  Candidates can work as little as 1 day a week or 6 days a week (if hours are available)
  • There is no set schedule.  It will differ from week to week based on production needs.
  • Candidates can either work long term or short term
  • May have the opportunity to move into a Regular Full Time or Part Time position
Responsibilities:
  • Open and remove raw materials from container.
  • Manually placement of crust on a moving conveyor belt.
  • Feed pizza product into machines and hoppers (ie. cheese, sausage/meats, vegetables, pepperoni, canadian bacon)
  • Quality checking products for defect (i.e. torn or deformed pizza crust, missing product,
  • Ordering new product and record information on proper forms.
  • Performs quality checks (ie. date & label checks)
  • Rotate through various positions on the production line.
  • Cutting down cardboard in preparation for recycling.
  • Follow production guidelines of food safety.
  • Works together as a team, cooperating with other employees.
  • Work in a fast paced production environment and exhibit a sense of urgency while maintaining excellent productivity goals and quality product.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Must be able to report to work on time according to your scheduled shift. Good attendance is mandatory.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation.
  • Physical requirements include but not limited to: repetitive - standing; bending, reaching, lifting approximately 10 lbsfor 8 hours, occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Repetitive fine dexterity use of fingers and hands
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic reading, writing, math and mechanical skills, as well as good finger dexterity (testing required)
  • Ability to read and understand schedules through verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have a stable work history we can verify with an employee reference check.

Service Coordinator

You will utilize ConnectWise to track information concerning service calls received from clients and staff, as well as determine the nature and location of the trouble calls, prioritize and dispatch Technician(s) as necessary and in accordance with established procedures. You will also maintain contact with all technicians on assignment and maintain status of each service call.

You will be the heart of our organization, the key link between our customers and our employees. You must greet each customer with a smile even if it’s over the phone. You are our first impression to that customer. You must see that the day-to-day office work is performed efficiently and professionally. By coordinating and working with the sales staff, finance, customer service and service technicians, you will do everything in your power to ensure a profit for the company while giving exceptional customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing …
As Sales Area Manager- Enterprise, you will work with assigned Account Managers as the Inside Sales Manager, and be responsible for managing inside sales for Tableau’s Enterprise Accounts. You’ll manage the sales process throughout the sales cycle including prospecting, product demonstrations over the web, sales engineering assistance, account management, writing proposals, and closing business. You have demonstrated transactional sales experience including prospecting and assessing sales potential over the phone and web; moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline and closing them quickly.
  • Data Rock Star. Aptitude to become a master of Tableau’s product capabilities, underlying technology and competitive advantages. This requires the ability to become deeply fluent in the technology and the industry.
