Guest Services Representatives - Call Center

Prologistix in Kent, WA is looking for Call Center representatives for an inbound Call Center in Renton, WA, the position will start Part-time with the potential to move to Full-time. Must have a very flexible schedule the call center runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need to be able to work any shift any day of the week. Must be able to type at lest 35-40 WPM Strong communication and telephone skills assisting with inbound customer calls Ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone Must be courteous, friendly, and respectable Business casual attire - no jeans; obvious tattoos; excessive visible piercings
