Research and Development Analyst
Our Research and Development Analysts have the important task of looking at data for different products to understand their potential and impact on our company. In this role, you will develop predictive models, use linear modeling, regression analysis, ANOVA, data mining and your statistical savvy to determine how a product could work if released, how it should be priced and consider what changes could be made to improve it.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed to be successful:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field while actively completing a Master's or Doctoral degree in the area of quantitative research
• Advanced statistical analysis skills
• Programming skills (i.e. C, SAS, SQL)
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong time management organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills
• Data management and data extraction skills
• Internship, co-op or other business experience
