Service Coordinator

We will rely on you to drive the growth and profitability of the company through assisting the Technicians with interpreting customer and third party instructions, scheduling the efficient utilization of the Service department resources to meet customer requirements to affect a positive customer service experience. You will be expected to establish and maintain cooperative-working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

You will utilize ConnectWise to track information concerning service calls received from clients and staff, as well as determine the nature and location of the trouble calls, prioritize and dispatch Technician(s) as necessary and in accordance with established procedures. You will also maintain contact with all technicians on assignment and maintain status of each service call.

You will be the heart of our organization, the key link between our customers and our employees. You must greet each customer with a smile even if it’s over the phone. You are our first impression to that customer. You must see that the day-to-day office work is performed efficiently and professionally. By coordinating and working with the sales staff, finance, customer service and service technicians, you will do everything in your power to ensure a profit for the company while giving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential, as communication with customers and staff may contain information that is privileged and confidential and is intended only for the use of resolving technology issues. This information is not to be disclosed for any other purposes.
