| Responsibilities |
| As a Brand Manager for our Running Specialty Sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and achieving the sales growth objectives for Fleet Feet, Inc. and for formulating the short and long-term objectives of the No Boundaries program. This requires working closely with the National Sales Manager and Channel Manager, Run Specialty Sales as well as with Operations, Marketing and Trackster Managers to develop and execute the strategic plan for this account. Assist Run Specialty Area Managers to achieve sales and business goals for footwear, apparel and accessories. Serve as company’s visible champion internally and externally for the New Balance Brand to drive Run Specialty programs to improve sell-through ratios at Fleet Feet stores and Run Specialty channel. |
| Qualifications |
- Requires BA degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of related sales or experience with a track record of achieving sales objectives.
- Requires excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Specialty Retail work experience is a plus.
- Sales management with P&L responsibility preferred
- Some domestic travel required
- Must be able to lift and carry sample bags weighing up to 30 pounds.
