| Fitness Staff is needed to ensure the safe, healthy, clean, and efficient functioning of the Fitness/Wellness areas of the Dublin Community Recreation Center. |
| Examples of Duties: |

Under the direction of the Fitness/Wellness Supervisor, the successful candidates’ responsibilities include: instructing patrons in proper use of the fitness equipment through group and individual orientations; aerobic check ins and fitness assessments monitoring the use of the equipment during open fitness hours; cleaning the fitness equipment and classroom spaces as needed; arranging and cleaning rooms as needed for various activities and groups; assisting with the implementation of wellness/incentive programs; and developing and maintaining bulletin boards and promotional materials.
**The nature of this position requires the successful candidate to work weekends.

| Qualifications: |

- Basic knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to work efficiently and courteously with the public.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with personal computers preferred.
- Possession of CPR, First Aid and BBP certification within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to lift and move objects including weights and fitness machines.
