Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS), a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a CLS Franchise Integration Casual Part Time Analyst (19.5 hours/ week). This position can be based onsite at any J&J operating company in the United States with full potential to work from home. JJHCS is a Supply Chain organization that supports operating companies across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Primary Responsibilities
The CLS Franchise Integration Casual Part Time Analyst is responsible for the development, deployment, and upkeep of tools that enable the success of the Training Standards project for the Franchise Integration Team. He/she will be responsible for being the main point of contact between the Training Standards Project Core team and Franchise Integration. Act as the Franchise Integration Team’s lead on all regular team meetings for the training standards project as well as upper management updates. He/she will be responsible for keeping the Franchise Integrations Management up to date on metrics and gaps.
The CLS Franchise Integration Analyst will develop and upkeep all relevant materials and metrics for training standards project. This individual will acts as the Franchise Integration Team’s lead on creating and updating SOPs, Work Instructions, and other relevant training materials and documentation. He/she will act as the Franchise Integration Team’s lead for tracking and reporting metrics related to Training Standards.
The CLS Franchise Integration Casual Part Time Analyst will have cross-sector responsibilities and may also lead CLS initiatives beyond Customer Operations’ scope. External interactions may include: customers, government agencies, industry partners, third-party distribution centers, external manufacturers, transportation providers, and customer service center vendors. Internal interactions may include: commercial partners, regional /country sector based supply chain leaders, Quality, logistics partners, CLS employees, support functions (HR, IT, Finance), Legal, Regulatory.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Comfort working in complex, highly matrixed, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is required. Strong analytical background preferred. Attention to detail, and comfort working in a compliance driven environment required. Knowledge of Health Care industry required. Health care industry experience is preferred. Must have strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority. Strong problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills is required. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value is required. Must possess strong communication skills (written and verbal). Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power point) is required.
This is a part-time position (19.5 hours/week). The role requires up to 5% travel and can be located onsite at any J&J operating company in the United States, or potential to work remotely from home office.
