What you need:

High aptitude to quickly learn new material
Strong interest in the software development and IT industry
Great attitude and personality
Experience in coding or development (Java preferred)
IT related major (preferred not required)

What you will do:

Collaborate with developers, quality assurance analysts, and other stakeholders on software projects
Design and develop automated testing scripts and jobs in Java for applications using automation tools
Implement and maintain automated testing scripts and jobs
Execute test scripts and jobs while tracking results
Create defect status reports and validate bug fixes
