The job description is as follows:

Coordinate and execute a comprehensive audit of submitted placements to verify both Provider and Client side elements contributing to profitability.  The coordinator will act as liaison between sales representatives, and support departments.  The coordinator will act proactively and reactively to facilitate the following processes: contract documentation in Bullhorn, VMS documentation from various websites, assignment audit and approval, client and traveler confirmation.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand all contract terms and how they affect pay, bill and margin. 
  • Familiarity with contract terms listed in Bullhorn.
  • Document all revisions to placement, GM, etc. within Bullhorn.
  • Review all submitted placements for accuracy against contract terms.
  • Review all submitted placements for accuracy against the GME.
  • Create confirmations for both clients and travelers that reflect commitments from RNN as detailed by audited placement record.
  • Respond to requests for clarification of placement terms.
  • Respond to requests for clarification of contract terms.
  • Send all confirmation documentation to clients and travelers as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Well refined organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize during peak placement days of the week.
  • Demonstrated planning and follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated process orientation.
  • Technical understanding of nursing contract terms with an emphasis on billing terms.
Experience and Education:
  • Demonstrated experience in multifaceted role requiring a strong attention to detail.
  • Two years’ work experience in an administrative position supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Experience working with a variety of personality styles in a professional environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to inspire energy in others.
  • Ability to articulate information and concepts convincingly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills focusing on consistently meeting urgent deadlines.
