The job description is as follows:
The Training Specialist will assist the division in achieving divisional goals through the management of the training functions within the division. Training will include on-boarding, foundational reinforcement, weekly sales trainings, business partner training, assisting managers with training plans/modules and other duties as assigned.

The job description is as follows:
The Training Specialist will assist the division in achieving divisional goals through the management of the training functions within the division. Training will include on-boarding, foundational reinforcement, weekly sales trainings, business partner training, assisting managers with training plans/modules and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic employee development programs to achieve desired company goals and objectives
- Develop curriculum for division new hire process training
- Provide initial introduction of RNN’s various sales processes in both concept and execution and introduction to the various sales roles
- Provide basic introduction to Bullhorn
- Draft training programs and development processes and programs for a variety of subjects and areas
- Present sales and process training including training the trainer as necessary
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms to help evaluate the progress of all sales personnel during their initial 3, 6, 9 and 12 month anniversaries and meet with managers to review progress
- Provide coaching to new sales hires as well as existing sales representatives
- Create training assessment tools such as quizzes and role plays
- Other projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Classroom instructional presence that demonstrates effective public speaking ability
- Demonstrated history of successful sales experience or sales training techniques
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Demonstrated computed literacy including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven organizational skills
- Prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Up to 15% travel
- Professional level of training experience in presenting information, classroom instruction and sales training methods
- 3 – 4 years sales experience, with at least 2 of those years in telephone sales and/or advanced education/experience in training and development
- Able to work independently and take initiative to proactively complete assignments
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels of the organization
